We will be entering the seventh round of the Formula One season and here is a quick preview of the MSC Cruises Gran Premio Del Made In Italy E Dell'Emilia-Romagna.
Imola also known as the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari (since 1988), was built in the 1950's and began testing on track two years later but racing didn't begin until 1953.
The track spans over 4.909km with one DRS detection zone after Turn 15.
Lewis Hamilton previously set the lap record with Mercedes back in 2020 with an impressive time of 1m 15.484s.
This year marks the 30th year anniversary of the loss of Ayrton Senna at Imola whom also achieved most pole positions (8) at the circuit.
Most wins (7) come from 7-time World Champion Michael Schumacher.
Last year's race saw Red Bull's Max Verstappen take first place with team-mate Sergio Perez in second and new F1 race winner and McLaren's Lando Norris in third.
But can Verstappen take victory again this season or can Norris claim another career victory?
