Brito's five-fight winning streak came to an end when he suffered a split decision defeat to William Gomis at UFC Paris. Tubarao has finished 15 of his 17 conquered opponents, earning eight KO/TKO victories and seven submissions. The Brazilian will be hoping to get back in the win column before he looks for his next big test.
Brad Tavares vs Gerald Meerschaert - Tavares is currently on a two-fight winning streak after losing his last bout by split decision against JunYong Park at UFC Vegas 98. With 20 triumphs in MMA, the Hawaiin has stopped seven of his opponents with five ending by KO/TKO and two by submission. Tavares has only won once in his last five fights as this battle could possibly be his last if he isn't victorious.
Meerschaert had his two-fight winning streak snapped by Reinier de Ridder at UFC Vegas 100, losing by third-round submission. Victor Henry vs Pedro Falcao - Henry lost his three-fight unbeaten streaked when suffered a defeat to Charles Jourdain by second-round submission at UFC Edmonton.
