UFC London was full of emotions, caused from heart breaking losses, impressive submissions and a few controversial decisions. Here is what happened at the O2 Arena.

The event kicked off with Kaue Fernandes earning a big underdog win as he defeated Guram Kutetaldze by unanimous decision, claiming two knockdowns during the fight.
It followed up with a surprising split decision win for Caolan Loughran as the judges believed that the Irishman did enough to win, despite many of the crowd and MMA community thinking Nathan Fletcher had won the battle.
Not only did Shauna Bannon earn a remarkable comeback victory after being knocked down, but she managed to get her first stoppage win in the UFC after submitting Puja Tomar in the second round with an Armbar.
Christian Leroy Duncan put on a dominant display to win by unanimous decision against Andrey Pulyaev, redeeming his loss to Gregory Rodrigues from UFC 304 in Manchester.
Another controversial decision occurred as Marcin Tybura began his winning streak, defeating Mick Parkin by unanimous decision, despite the crowd believing the Sunderland-born fighter had done enough to win after losing his undefeated MMA record.
Lone'er Kavanagh kept his perfect record, increasing his undefeated record to nine after securing an unanimous decision win over Felipe dos Santos.
The final bout of the prelims ended in shock with another possible controversial decision from the judges as Chris Padilla defeated Jai Herbert by split decision, causing a lot of backlash from the fans.

Nathaniel Wood made it five wins out of six after earning a comfortable unanimous decision win over Morgan Charriere as he may not be far off from contesting for a place in the Featherweight rankings.
Chris Duncan put on an impressive performance against Jordan Vucenic as he knocked him down in the first round, before tapping him out in the second round to make it two consecutive submission wins for the Scotsman.
Alexia Thainara made her UFC debut, on short notice, worth the while as she claimed a first-round submission win with a Rear-Naked Choke to send Molly McCann into retirement as the crowd showed their appreciation to the Scouser.
Kevin Holland earned his first decision win since September 2020 as he came close to finishing the fight near the end of the first round against Gunnar Nelson, before almost being submitted in the third round as he claimed his very well-needed redemption.
Carlos Ulberg found success in the Co-Main Event and increased his winning streak to eight after doing just enough to beat Jan Blachowicz by unanimous decision, entering himself into title contention.
Finally, Sean Brady put on arguably his most dominance performance, giving the UK fans a very hard watch, as he submitted Leon Edwards with a Mounted Guillotine in clever fashion, putting him in a deserved spot of a title shot as he now is the #1 Welterweight contender.
The UFC will travel to Mexico City next week as Brandon Moreno goes up against Steve Erceg in a Flyweight headliner, while Drew Dober and Manuel Torres co-headline the event.
